MY ORDERS

Once an order is shippedwe would send detailed information on your tracking number. Depending on your shipping provider (DHL and FEDEX ), you should easily have access to your package transit times and progress. For local pickups you will receive a notification text when your package will be ready to be picked up .

Unfortunately, we do not take wholesale orders at this time.

Yes! However, we are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service, and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

 Once your orders have been shipped from our warehouse, we are deemed to have transferred full custody and care to the postal handler. Consequently, customers are required to forward any transit or post-delivery complaint to their courier accordingly. We advise that you call the customer service team of the courier for further direction.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Sadly, we won't take responsibility for the honest mistake of our customers. However, a new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid for.

No. Sadly, we are not responsible for customs clearance, delays, or compliance. Kindly check with your local customs office to ensure that your order complies with local customs regulations.

we usually require 1-2 business days to process your orders before your order is ready for pick-up or shipping . Orders received before 5pm are processed same day shipped the next day . We offer same day delivery per your request at the check out . However, during high peak periods and public holidays, we may need 2-3 business days to process your orders before shipment. However, we pride ourselves on prompt service, and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

RETURNS

At Faracosmestic, we hold our customer satisfaction in esteem reverence. This is why we strive relentlessly to provide only the best quality deliveries from our sales end. Unfortunately, our business concession does not accommodate REFUND, EXCHANGE, and RETURN upon paid and transited items to our customers. It is our policy that once paid goods are transferred to a postal handler and shipped from any of our warehouses, Faracosmestic assumes unfettered immunity from any foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstance arising from the point of transit to delivery.

We expect that such arising circumstance is sorted with the respective courier service or any other responsible party.  

SHIPPING 

Our shipping cost is quoted according to your chosen destination. However,  Faracosmétic usually requires 2-3 business days to process your orders. However, during high peak periods and public holidays, we may need 3-5 days to process your orders before shipment. More so, we pride ourselves on prompt service, and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible. 

At the moment we only patronize the following courier services:

FedEx

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE USA

For shipments to the USA, we estimate 2 to 7 days delivery. However, FedEx Ground many take 2 to 6 days and Dhl E-commerce - 2 to 7 days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We also estimate a 10 to 30 Business Day time frame for all our International shipments. However, FedEx Ground, Priority and Economy to Canada may take 1 to 2 Business Days while FedEx Ground, Priority and Economy to all other countries require 2 to 5 Business Days.

We also tip DHL Express shipment to Canada between1 to 2 Business Days while other DHL Express to Other Countries may deliver within 2 to 7 Business Days.

TRACKING OF ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. In case you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam.

Once your order is shipped, you can also enroll on the website of the courier service for tracking and follow-up. This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery. Plus, you can reroute your orders to another location, leave instructions for the driver, or schedule a redelivery, giving you additional control over your deliveries.

Is your package taking longer than expected? Apologies! This happens sometimes. Kindly check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not concealed or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up (we recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost), please call the customer service team of the courier:

N.B. payment options may vary from country to country.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cost you. This is usually due to unforeseen circumstances encountered while processing your payment. Most times, when an order is placed, the payment is placed on hold and later released by your bank. When this occurs, you may be charged twice for a single transaction. However, be assured you were billed ones and not twice. For confirmation, kindly check your bank statement after 30 days or contact your payment provider to effect a payment reversal.
