Delivery delay
At FARA COSMETIC, we prepare orders as quickly as possible so that they are shipped quickly. Usually, allow between 1to 2 business days for them to be processed at our warehouse.

Our shipping cost is quoted according to your chosen destination. However, Faracosmetic usually requires 1-2 business days to process your orders before your order is ready for pick-up or to be shipped . Orders received before 5pm are processed same day and shipped the next day . We offer same day delivery per your request at the check out . However, during high peak periods and public holidays, we may need 2-3 business days to process your orders before shipment. More so, we pride ourselves on prompt service, and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
For all deliveries to Africa usually take 2-5 business day delivery .
TRACKING OF ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. In case you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam.
For pickups orders once your order is ready for pick up or shipped, you can also track the statue of your order on our website by clicking ORDER TRACKING in the vertical menu and footer page . This free service will proactively send you delivery alerts updating you on the day and time of your delivery or pick up .
Is your package taking longer than expected? Apologies! This happens sometimes. Kindly check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not concealed or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up (we recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost), please call the customer service team we will be happy to help .
